ngl PRX only glaring weakness is their fundamentals. They win the most unwinnable rounds but loses the most unlosable rounds, just play smarter sometimes and titles will come
I feel like they need a main igl, and at max additional 2 shot callers. It sounds like everyone is making calls at different points and there are no clear directions. Its not just too many cooks spoil the broth, but rather no one would take charge when the team is emotionally low (e.g. Davai saying that everyone went quiet except him).
Meaning they need mental coach imagine 5man call suddenly everyone quiet ,feels bad for davai...yeah agree atleast 3man calls i think because alecks allowing jingg and smth to calls more its make the comms super confusing especially for the support and anchor player

Second this, workout is very important. Just light exercise not to buff any muscles.
Just walk with light run in the park is already good enough, 2-3 kilometer at least. Fresh air and breathing is good.
