Greatt V Log here! This video basically summarizrd my own experience the first and only time I visted Madrid and attended a Real Madrid game at the Santiago Bernabeau in late 2016.
The stage was not as big as this one, as the game I attemded was only a La Liga game vs. Villarreal and not a Champions League Semi game against a Mighty Giant like Manchester City; but regardless it was still an awesome experience! The before the game experience, as well as the after game experience was almost as great as the in game experience. I do love how the Bernabeau is in the middle of the city!
I must go back one of these days and see Real Madrid play at the Bernabeau! HALA MADRID!

The reason which Bernabéu stadium is in the middle of the city is because it's a very old stadium. Built in the 40s.
Originally it was built outside what it was back then Madrid city boundaries. Look for old photos, you can see it was in the middle of nothing. However the city grew and swallow the stadium, all buildings that surround it were built in the 60s.
That makes a lot of sense!
