Me: Oh, it's not that big of a deal, but I was potentially getting kidnapped and my family was being threatened and then I watched them and my best friend get murdered. Even my obsessive ex boyfriend visited me in the nightmare and I couldn't scream. Oh! He was even chasing me too with a chainsaw while wearing a bunny outfit. (Mask and all) 😊

I completely get that, I have those too (though never my body being found, that sounds wild). Sometimes it's even things that shouldn't be that scary but in the dream feel terrifying for some reason?? What's up with that
@@KipaASMR They say sugar before bed can cause the wildest shit to happen in your nightmares. Or it's because you keep thinking about scenes from horror movies that you've watched, even in the day time. Or it's just because you're stressed and all your fears are manifesting into horrible things in your nightmares.
I'm no psychologist, but this is my interpretation on why these things happen.
Yeah, in my case it's mostly just imagination and stress I think. Sugar makes my dreams super realistic/vivid but not necessarily nightmares for me, and I've been watching too many horror movies since I was a kid to have those affect me anymore. It's super interesting, since this really does differ per person! I love dream-analysis as well. Symbolism and stuff, so interesting
I know I’m late but can I request you do one where listener is starting to stress eat and kurapika comforts them. Idk I’ve been stress eating lately but um you don’t have to if you don’t want to it’s just a thought. Keep up the good work 💕

Wasn’t exactly a nightmare but I was at the beach and no one I knew was there….except for hisoka. Now the whole time I’m trying to avoid him and some other old guy. But when I catch a damn leaf bug. A DAMN LEAF BUG. The first person I seak is hisoka. He was already next to me because he watched me catch it. And he was interested in the bug too. I woke up hella confused as to why that happened 💀
I havent had a nightmare since I was seven... the closest thing I've had to a nightmare since then was when I had a dream my mom threw a bag of live bees at my head (I'm deathly allergic to bees) oR that one dream I had where I was showing off my pet spider to kurapika (idk why I have arocbophobia) and he tried to kill me and the spider the only reason they scared me slightly was because of my irrational fear of bugs.
Poor Kurapika. Brought back all the traumas to the poor boy 😭
