Hi, it's been so long since I've posted a video. I've been active on my Instagram (daulenity) where I post shorter edits! One of those edits is about Michael Langdon and Tate Langdon and I had ideas for more parallels than I was able to fit into a one minute video, so here it is!

Yes I agree, Cody was literally perfect for this role. But I’d probably pity for the character just in general, even if it weren’t played by him. There were so many ways and opportunities to change the outcome of him losing grip on humanity. But sadly, this season really showed that the actions you take can be irreversible and lead down terribly sad paths. There’s not always a happy ending.

Michael was so complex like i wanted him dead but I cried over him so many times watching season 8.

I was really sad for Michael . They are very similar
And even if they do horribles psycho things they were boths possessed by a force stronger than them. Tate probably rejects him cause he can't admit the true and help his son

Season eight kind of makes me despise Tate just a little.... Michael never asked to be his son. All he ever wanted was love and acceptance. What Constance, Ben, Vivien, and Tate did to that poor boy is terrible. If they had loved and cherished that boy the way he deserved... then he could have been so good. He would never have eaten that heart. He would never have destroyed humanity. And he never would have died... all alone, scared, and in pain.

yessss i loved tate in season 1 but i hated how he treated Michael like a monster like he didnt shoot up a school and rape his girlfriends mom. Michael actually wanted to be good and after tate told him off he went bad all over again which is why i like Michael more.

Michael might have been evil but his story is so sad. No one just loved him for himself really. All he knew was rejection. And he still had some innocence in him, you can almost hear it in his voice. His story is just heart breaking.

Michael is literally one of the most precious characters along with Kit, Dandy, Rory, Lana, and Ally.
I felt so sad towards michael throughout the whole thing. Especially because I'm pretty sure when he found Constance dead, and his father basically disowned him, he was technically like 10, because aged a decade. That shits gotta be rough.

I haven't watched American Horror Story, but I've seen a lot of clips of these two. I really liked the parallels between Tate and Michael. They're so similar. I felt bad for Michael, though, and how he was shunned by Tate. He deserved so much better. His ending was also really sad.

So season 8 is basically putting most of every season into a timeline. Hotel is evil, souls scream inside its walls; and apparently Queenie was murdered and trapped there as a spirit. Only getting out so Michael can prove a point. The witches from Coven, Cordelia, violet, and Madison are the only ones capable of stopping Michael, the anti christ. Excluding the new Supreme, Mallory. The murder house fits in because Michael was the baby born to Vivian, before she died during child birth. So season 1's ending cut scene where the toddler murders the babysitter and Constance is left to clean up the mess, yup that was the anti christ.
