A beautiful serene part of the world... thanks for taking us along! Just finished reading "The ship that never was" about convicts in Tasmania, so it was great timing... to see the harbour, Sarah Island and the river helped get a sense of the life they led and the harbour they escaped from.
You are Sooooo lucky to have such beautiful areas in which to enjoy your sailing/exploring adventures, in relatively calm waters. Fab video. Thanks for sharing. Capt John
Thankyou for such a wonderful holiday for the both of you to share, I truly had the best time, and now my day's are spent dreaming of doing the same adventure. Thanks you are a great example of a marriage of success, and even better team.
That’s a great video Matt thanks for posting that I hope to join you on the water sometime, so I couldn’t get down to Lake Pedder still in Project mode with Sarah and then out for three or four sales, and now I’m troubleshooting stuff like a licking stern gland which tested me to my limits today
Great video! Is there any mobile or VHF coverage in the area please? I see you were using a shortwave radio to receive your weather. I bet there were some aching arms after the Franklin paddle Mat (and maybe legs, Jo!)
What a great advert for the Tassie wilderness. I’m so glad our predecessors saved this beautiful space. Great video

Just stumbled upon your videos and im loving them! Great videos and commentary.
Thank you both for taking us with you. Some of those shots of the Gordon in the morning were other-worldly. Great videography!
Wonderful!!
Excellent video from a beautiful part of the nicest island in the world.
Thanks for sharing

That weather forecast sounded like it came from the 1940's😂
Ah! Cucumber sandwiches, no better picnic food! Wonderful adventure Mat and Jo, really enjoyed it. Looking forward to Little Wing.
A valiant effort indeed! Thanks Mat and Jo, I really enjoyed this, well done. Looking forward to the next one!

Awesome area, I have only paddled the Gordon below Franklin in a sea kayak. Love to do it again in a sailing dingy or trailer sailer.
Indeed a special part of Tassie. ⚓️👍🏾
nice spot
Wow !

Thanks mate. No VHF and certainly no mobile coverage. SW is your only option.
Hi Matt
How can I get a copy of the Gordon river maps please.
Google 'Trevor Norton' in Strahan...you will come across his details.
Love your Eclipse. Where are they from ?
thanks mate. Com-Pac are made in USA
