I have seen many faith edits and this is hands down the best!
Faith is my girl- SO misunderstood, used and hurt her entire life and that includes Buffy, Giles and the entire Scooby Gang. Faith's arrival was only viewed as a way to protect Buffy - To give BUFFY the life "she deserved". Faith, the broken kid who showed up alone in Sunnydale and was left to fend for herself. Faith who never once pouted and bitched about the "weight of Slayerdom" or be so entirely self-centred as to constantly put her friends in family in danger because of her desires. (*cough* Buffy *cough*) No one offered Faith a place to stay, no one checked to see if she had food, clothes... NO ONE cared and that was all before she went "dark". All Faith did was protect herself the only way she knew how. Hell, Willow skinned a guy alive and tried to end the world and Giles went with her to England for witch rehab! Where was that dedication to the other Slayer he was SUPPOSED to be under his care?
❤❤ I love how I went from Root and Shaw with Shaw saying “control”, now Faith says “control”.
These two characters mostly afraid of is losing control. Shaw because of losing control and she almost killed herself. And Faith losing control because of the accident happened, her uncontrolled life become even more chaos.😭😭😭They both deserve better😭😭😭

Wow this video is so good! You did such a great job capturing the self hate and pain she struggles with. Some people call Faith the "dark slayer", but that's not her fault. Some people don't get a good start in life, or have the love and support that Buffy had. Despite all of that, she still proved to everyone that she was just as strong as Buffy in the end, by not letting her dark past dictate who she is and what she can become. This video is awesome thank you for posting it! 😊
Thank you so much! Faith dark past was way more dark then we thought, in comics, the creators finally tell the details of her past, criminal parents, never got love while with the original family. Get lots of hate while with the foster parents, and because of defending her mum get kick out of school. Finally get someone really cares about her, who was her Watcher, she eventually lose her. And until now, she was just 16! Buffy might been through a lot after 16, but she at least got a nice childhood, got a chance to learn what is wrong and what is right, got a chance to learn how to be responsible for her own action. But Faith she didn’t have that chance, she learn that way after 16. It is really not her fault, she can’t choose her destiny, she already tried her best in this extreme situation. I really don’t think I can do better than her when I am in the same situation. She is the best character, ever!
