    Also, always engage the PTO at and idle or close to idle. Less shock or stress on the implement and moving parts.

      Ok good to know.

      Will ruin the clutch if not at idle. Expensive fix

    Missed that fire hydrant by a hair! Gonna have to charge some serious cash to plow a driveway to make up for that investment. But, Whew that's a nice setup! Congrats bud.

    I like your set up I'm getting a push plow for mine

    you will enjoy that great little machine. I bought one years ago, then upgraded to the 2025R. A couple of things, you can get extenders that bolt on either side of the plow, they are 9", so then you would have a 6' blade. I would strongly recommend you get some edge tamers or like product to bolt to your blade cutting edge. This keeps from digging in, also use the float mode when using them and plowing snow. Invest in a weight box for the rear, you already have the I match system for the rear and you will need the extra lbs, the wheel weights may not do it. I keep the backhoe on mine. Moving that pile of dirt can be moved in a fraction of the time by using the loader.

    When you backing up, you have to hold up on the PTO yellow button it’ll keep the impalas from shutting off

      Or install that plug that overrides the PTO kill in reverse. I plug mine in when I hang the front drive shaft bearing holder.

      @mainelymedia definitely do a jumper to override that. It's a pain to have to push a button every time

      @@mainelymedia there's an RIO override you should look into. I did it on my 2 series and its life changing

      Yeah actually just installed the sensor and now don’t have that problem anymore.

    Wow, what a cool machine. I'm so glad you got those attachments right away so you can use it to its fullest potential. I've noticed there's times when a loader bucket is better than a blade or vice-versa when doing dirt work and you have that covered! Also noticed your subscribers, almost 1000 bud, great job!

      I know long time coming! I have noticed that too.

    So with the cutting blade on that plow, I went to metal fab shop. Took a new blade to them and they made me one lot thicker and taller. This made the blade last lot longer than one day like the stock ones.

    What are you going to use a tractor that size for in a residential neighborhood?

    • @mainelymedia
      @mainelymedia  3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Mostly snow clearing, and some yard work as well. It’s been a super handy machine so far.

    Nice. You could of went with the HD 47 or 54 Blower. Thats what i have on my 2025R. Its a beast. 3 point hook up.

    Nice tractor,but that blade looks pretty light duty,probably just for snow.

      Yeah that’s what I was a little worried about, but it seems to be holding up pretty well so far.

    Hello,dude.....I'm extremely courious, could you tell me how much in ''total'' the entire tractor and all the rest cost you. I pretty much want everything you've got!

    • @mainelymedia
      @mainelymedia  3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yeah my total out the door was $40,000.

      @@mainelymedia thank you
      I bought a X758 brand new in 2019 with a 54 snowblower and a 60 deck a cart and a few other small items. My out the door was 19,000. From talking to other x758 owners the 19,000 in 2019 is now 26,000 for everything the same.
      You have a cab and I know that's expensive.
      Anyway thanks for the info. Oh and I know we're not talking about the same tractor.

      Yeah I got you, some of that was shop hours to work on it to add my extras and shipping to get it to my house.

    Good luck getting the tractor on a trailer when the blower is installed. It will only raise so far.

    One thing, you are an intelligent young man, please wear some safety boots. Those crocs will never protect you around machinery.
