The day he wins a title going pure protoss is the day I give him the title of goat. Then it's undisputed. As we can see hes not good at toss. his PvP and PvT is just bad.

Carleen regularly uses this tactic still and there's many stories of chess grandmasters claiming to have played Fischer online doing bizarre openings to avoid modern chess theory. In the end cross sport references are always poor at best. Flash is probably more like Kasparov as both are famous for aggression and preparation.
Chess is a balanced game. Yes White has an edge over black, but you are Black just as often as you are White. Starcraft is not a balanced game, terran has been op for ages. So you can’t compare how good Flash is to players playing other races simply cause it’s not a balanced game. Compare Flash to other Terran players. Jaedong could never be Flash, cause Zerg will never be as strong as Terran. Although i believe Jaedong is the better «player» Flash plays the better race.

There's a bigger difference between Chess and SC you missed. Chess is classified as partially solved.

Why is Flash so good? I'm kind new in SC and I didn't know him. Searching in google he doesn't looks like more famous than MVP and others players why is he so called : the best player of all time?
To put it simple, he has won the biggest SC tournaments far more than anyone else with 13 Premium titles ( The second best which is probaly Jeadong, got like 6 Premium titles ) . The most impressive is he won ASL (The biggest SC tournament in the World right now ) 3 times in a row. He is known for insane long term consistency and can play the game at transcendent level. When there is any major SC tournament in the last decade, it's Everyone vs Flash. People tried to study him for so long to crack his armor yet almost everything he does in the game is so insanely clutch and inhumanly precise (Im not exaggerating ) that even if you have a near perfect counter strategy, you have to execute it with immaculate perfection and that'd only give you a 50% chance to beat him. Flash is so good that he sometimes got bored and toy around with his opponents ( which led to his defeats in at least 2 major tournaments ). Recently, he decided to play as random to feel challenging again. The level of domination he established in Starcraft is unheard of in E-sport history. If he was a Football player, Ronaldo, Messi, Pele, Maradona would be considered a tier below.
Random players get no respect in broodwar 1v1. In team play its respected but many hosts will not start the game if you are random in 1v1. Hopefully this makes people respect random players more.
Random is badly implemented, because it hides your race, which is a real advantage. It should tell your opponent what race you are on the loading screen. Otherwise it fucks up matchup specific builds that can't afford instant scouting.
I like tastosis, but how how awesome would it be if they could bring this kind of analysis and excitement to GSL? again no hate, but I feel like if they brought their passion and knowledge to sc2 and scbw matches alike it would be way more exciting for sc2.
