Keep It Loose, Keep It Tight, Seen It All Before, and Arms of a Woman. All 3 are total ear candy! His first 4 albums are amazing. Haven't heard much of his albums after that. Gonna have to go check them out!

He is a true talent. "Night Train" is one of my favorites. I was at a concert at Red Rocks in July and he was performing the next night but was in line directly in front of me attending the Tedeschi Trucks Band concert and he just was so cool and casual and didn't ask for any special consideration. He was in line like everybody else.

That's so cool. They often given passes to music performers for free. Idk for sure, bc it's been a while since I worked there, but he most likely could have gotten a free pass to go in if he asked.

@@scapito he was with a girl/lady and probably was trying to let her know what a regular guy he was. Once we got to the top of the n endless ramp. They disappeared

Keep it Loose, Keep it Tight, Sympathize, Violin and Southern Girl are all amazing. I saw him in concert and he sounds just as good, even better live.

His first 3 albums are near perfect.....that first one got me through a nasty divorce after 25 year relationship. Love this man's music. His latest album,....wow!

This is a fact. I have listened to those albums a ridiculous number or times. There were a few songs that were amazing to me and a few that were "ok" but as I just let the albums play through I grew to love those also. He's insanely talented.

I've loved this song it came out. In fact , I've told everyone in my life to play it at my funeral. Hauntingly beautiful in every way.

Amos Lee is one of those singer/songwriters that sounds better live than on studio albums. For me, he's a bit mesmerizing to watch and hear him tell the stories behind his songs.
His musical influences are varied... bluegrass, folk, r&b, and rock. Bonnie Raitt, John Prine, Bill Withers... I also hear Prine is his songwriting.

He's a chill guy too. When I lived in Philly like 10 years ago he came to my friend's birthday party. A real warm funny soul.

I saw him for the first time live, opening up for Bob Dylan years ago! He came out in between the show and signed my CD, awesome guy and very talented...I thought he was the next big thing, but he didint seem to get the popularity he deserved!

IKR! I often wonder if that's the way he prefers it. He keeps a low profile on marketing.

Talk about memories. An X girlfriend of mine gave me this album on CD, back in like 07-08. I was blown away by this track and others. The guy's got a great voice.

Love Amos Lee, when this album came out I bought the cd and listened to it in my car over and over. I have another of his cds as well, don't know why I haven't kept up with his career cause I love his voice. Just life getting in the way I guess. Still hoping you'll check out Kem, either the song Matter of Time or Say. You'll love his smooth soul vibe.

I love that you're reacting to Amos Lee!!! I normally listen to R&B soul music. I don't like country music but I'm not sure what genre his music is but there's so much soul in his style. It's like I feel influences of soul in there like Otis Redding type soul sound.
My favorites of his are Seen It All Before, Flowers, & All You Got Is A Song. Feel free to react to them, I think you might like it. 😊

He had a real nice first 3-4 albums, then for me he got a little too slick. I prefer this more simple, focused kind of song for him. Great falsetto. Former teacher!
