I know the Liberty 2's have started being placed on new CHP Vehicles for many months now, but this is the first video I've see with one in action. Looks better, so much brighter, bigger blocks of light versus the old liberty.

3:39 omg what have they done to that light bar??? To much red & blue and too less amber. Oh good lord above. Whoever provides this light setup is a disgrace to chp. This is humiliating.
They are duo modules. The rear of the lightbar uses R/A and B/A modules whilst the front uses R/W and B/W modules. The entire lightbar turns white and amber in other modes.
Probably a joke and don’t usually do this but, the reason they do this is to educate teenagers not to get behind the wheel and drive, by doing this is dramatically decreases the likelihood and DUI involved accidents. By decreasing the amount of accidents it also keeps the emergency responders not as busy so they’re able to respond to you when you need them most, and yes they were available while this was happening so if something were to happen they would go to their actual emergency. Lastly, your taxes don’t go to this, this is purely a school funded event and no taxes were put towards this.
The old chp siren will be forever be the best siren for CHP.
In the world!! 😊
That 1st polar bear CHP unit even had a red spotlight!!! amazing!!!
all polarbear chargers have them
you call them polar bears?
Even CHP does@@steelskeleton
I’m sure the neighbors must love all those sirens.
The Every 15 Minutes will be on TH-cam and on Local Bay Area News
I would
I don’t think they nor anyone cares what the neighbors think
I would
Gotta deal with it either way lmaoo

What happened
Lucky my town in Oklahoma ain’t ever done one but the neighboring town’s FD was able to pull in a HELICOPTER for a fake MVA
Awesome video!
Thanks!
Now with the Liberty 2 CHP ruined their iconic light pattern too
It has more visibility than the old one with better for attention grabbing patterns
Looks better and way more visible. Function over form.
Wicked!!!
Thanks!
This is why i evade taxes bc its being wasted.
