Seen in this video is the California Highway Patrol, Alameda County Fire Department and Alameda County Sheriffs Coroner all responding to the "Every Fifteen Minutes" event at Castro Valley Hight School. This event is meant for the juniors and seniors to get a glimpse of what could be the end result of them getting behind the wheel while under the influence. Thanks to my mom for filming this for me.
