I listened to pile #2 and #3. I'm sick of people only caring about me when they're down or need help, and then I go back to not mattering to them. I'm sick of being belittled, ridiculed, and rejected for who I am and not having the life I desire. I'm ready for a positive change and to go in a better direction and feel ok with who I am (even alone) in order to have a more fulfilling life.
I know I'm part of the problem in many instances though. I fear rejection and abandonment and I've pushed a lot of people away. I have a hard time getting close to other people and often feel like some people are out to get me, so I put a wall up between myself and everybody else. I will do anything for the people I care about but find it hard to forgive anybody that's hurt me. I've found it's easier to walk away but it's really not in the long run because it has hurt many of my friendships and relationships, even if they've not been with the healthiest people.
Not really sure where I'm going with all this but I needed to vent. I'm barely hanging on, live in a different state than my family, and haven't made any real connections with anyone where I live. I don't feel lonely and enjoy being alone but I don't want it to be that way forever. It gets old feeling this way all the time.

All the togetherness is simply an illusion. We all are alone and that’s the truth. On this planet the biggest skill is how to be alone and not get bored. 12 years back I traveled from one corner of earth to the another corner. Completely different world full of rude and bitter people. My experience was like the clause animated movie . No one just the Santa clause will only talk to you. Locked in a home from 10 years lost all my physical health and confidence to go out and work. No friends, no neighbors, no work after 5 years I felt I am just walking with death . I was simply drowning drowning and drowning with B12 deficiency. Even my husband thought I need a psychiatrist now. But the faith in divine slowly slowly got me out of everything. I had to live for my baby. Husband was traveling I had no one to help . If I was dead he would know after 7 days. Living in such insecurity with bugging neighbors, cars standing in front of my house at 3:00 am . I don’t know the rules of the country. More educated than my husband but he never encouraged me to basic things of life . I had my weeknesses just needed a friend who can guide me in new world. Long story but the faith in Devine got me back from that bed ridden situation. I accepted all happening around me. In relationships . Our both parents are narcissistic and over controlling. All possible problems. Some times I just use to touch and check myself if I am still alive with so much of loneliness. After long time then covid came then I saw people panicking. Before covid even people I knew never had time suddenly everyone started texting and calling to meet. But in those 10 years of my lockdown I mastered the skill of aloneness. I don’t get bored anymore. I enjoy as alone as possible with pin drop silence. So it’s all about when you reach that point. But that point is there. I came from an over crowded Asian country where we never knew boredom so it took too long to me. May be it’s easier for you.
There is a meditation called “ who am I “ in your language you can translate it .
A meditation in sitting pose with closed eyes all the time :

Very very effective and deep meditation go with what ever experience you get even if get little prolonged let it be. It brings you to your centre . You will feel so grounded beyond your imagination. As if got drugged.

I picked pile 2: The reading definetly resonated with my new sense of self. I use to be a people pleaser scared of conflict and abandonment. After accepting my shadow self and allowing myself to see the people currently around for who they are, I am no longer a people pleaser. I’m going to look abandonment in the eyes, if it comes, with the knowing of something meant for my highest good finding me. I don’t run away from my fears anymore, and I definitely don’t go out my way to please people and in turn get taken advantage of.
