Modok dosen't belong in the death cabal, the others do because of who they are and their suits. The only way I see Modok based on death is from his name: Mental/mobile/mechanised organism designed only for killing. Ehh, I guess so.The other three have all at some points in their careers have been represented with skull heads.

I remember this ep. when it first aired. I have to say tho that I see two areas of weak writing. At 11:43 - 11:46, Redskull could've easily drowned both Ironman & Cap--killing them right there instead of playing with them and perserving their lives???. Also at 12:36 -12:40 Cap Am. breaks Neptunes trident?? C'mon--really. I know Cap is strong but breaking the weapon of a God is most likely out of the question.
