Make your own cheap and quiet practice Chuka Chuks.
The only thing I forgot to say, is that you use a bit of hot glue to seal the cut in the tennis balls.

Hey Urgle, I put enough to make the finished ball weight 80 grams. I'm sure how many individual ball bearings that is... hope that helps!
