Bro I used autocad 2022 version in my e4125 laptop in 4gb ram and 500gb hdd it takes 2 mins to open autocad not like 10mins as you said the only problem I faced is I can't open more than 3 tabs in autocad and my system hangs due to the 4gb ram limitations and my lap uses hdd for memory which leads to 100% disk usage after upgraded to 16gb ram and 480gb ssd the opening time is around 1mins but now I can open many tabs. And one thing I find is even if you upgrade to ssd the loading time is 2 mins less compared to hdd because of less processing power of laptop so upgrading to ssd will be helpful but no much as compared to other laptop which gives more performance boost when you upgrade but it helps in places like when I used 4gb ram and 480gn ssd combo I can open more tabs without 100% disk usage problem so it will be helpful in certain ways
