So do you wash your salad because I know it’s supposed to be pre washed but I be nerves to eat it without washing .. but I hate it being soggy and wet too..
Hello luv! Check out Jessie Inchauspe's videos. She is a scientist and explains how foods can lower your insulin and glucose levels to help lose weight. You would be surprised at the information and how it has helped a lot of people including me but I follow a low-carb/ carnivore diet.
Your calories needs are based on the TDEE calculation of your current weight, height, and activity level, not your opinion. However, 1200 calories is extremely low and would only be reasonable for someone very short who is between 100-120 lbs. Eating calories too low only hurts you in the long run. Y’all get on here and say the dumbest stuff

Before you start talking dumb, we need to know her height, activity level, and age. For Most women 200 lbs is obese at any height and age. Unless you are say 5'10" to 6'0 and over 200 lbs is to much weight. Too maintain these high weight categories you HAVE TO EAT 1800 CALORIES AND OVER. Considering the activity level 1800 calories, you would have to be in the gym, walking, and running for 6 days a week at least 2 hrs a day( maybe 1.5 hours a day ) I was obese for over 13 years. I tried every diet, tried to be a gym person running weight lifting, all of it. But if I ate a lot of calories(and 1800 calories is a lot), I was just eating the calories back.
