The nursery is pretty. I went with more primary colors for my kid's room because it was/is supposed to good for their developing eye sight. That was 23 years ago though. I had a whole changing table for him (this is just an anecdote) but always ended up changing him on a blanket on the floor or the sofa. 😂🤷🏻♀️
And here am I am, only two months pregnant and already forced to stay in bed... some mamas to be are sooo lucky 😍😍😍 great video, I might borrow some of these amazing ideas ❤

LOVE LOVE LOVE the nursery and all the creative ideas that went into your design. I was having trouble finding a rug I liked and we have the same color walls and carpet so seeing the rug you used caught my eye! I am also DIY’ing the knobs on my white dresser 😉

is the paint you used safe for pregnancy? I am planning to paint my baby's room but people are telling me it is not safe to paint while pregnant? btw, you did an amazing job mama doing this renovation yourself.
Hi, As a watcher of these types of videos, I can tell you that for me it's extremely satisfying to see a whole room/cupboard/drawer/surface/area cleared and then it's washed (vacuumed/dusted/wiped/deep-cleaned etc). I understand that often it gets dirty again in the process (especially building ikea furniture/ painting etc) same goes for the furniture itself; as soon as it's fully assembled (or even during assembly) it gets 100% decanted (all stickers removed) and cleaned. Again, even if it gets dusty by the time you put new things in it (and has to be cleaned once again before the final first use), it's satisfying to see. I so far am very much enjoying your nesting videos and this makeover, you got the ffw speeds at a sweet spot for viewing and the music is nonintrusive and not louder than your voice, so good job on these. If, however you're wondering how to improve, this little detail (cleaning stuff - perhaps a bit excessively) is something I personally like viewing and is part of the satisfaction I get from videos such as these :) Here's a comment along the like; keep up the nice work! :)
Landlords are so weird. If you're asking for the exact paint color, it's because you want to make sure everything is returned to how you got it. To landlords: People pay so much to live in your house. Let them live! Let them paint! Let them make your house their home. You'll have better, longer term, renters.

Mine hasn't left any marks! It all depends on what kind of mounting tape you use - the one I use in this video comes off my walls cleanly, but I've tried another kind of mounting tape from gorilla glue that lifted off some paint. You can always try putting up a small piece and see how it comes off before you commit to doing the molding!

I did! The snuggleme lived downstairs where we spent most of our days and was only used as a lounger for baby girl. We got a wipeable changing pad to go in its place and it saved us from lots of extra laundry since any messes simply wiped away

love love love this nursery!! It looks amazing! Also, we love the newton mattress! Our son starting at 5 months (now eight months) loved to sleep on his tummy and sometimes face down! So this mattress calms my mama heart!
I love it and especially the wallpaper! It would be so cute to add some baby pink light and flowy/sheer curtains in addition to the ones you already have. I think the layered curtain look is cute and it would just a touch of color.

I had a couple questions: 1) were the blue tape markers for the wall molding measured out at all or were they just for a rough idea? 2) when you bought the molding and you said your husband custom cut them, how and what did he use to do that? Do the moldings come as rectangles? This is by far the best, most convenient, and affordable video I've found for a DIY for those. They look amazing too! Hoping I'm able to do something similar. Hi there! So glad you love the DIY! If you find my master bedroom diy video I show cutting the pieces and even link a blog post I followed! I put up tape twice while doing this. 1st time is to get a rough idea of where I want the molding and then I figure out the exact dimensions that work (like lining it up with the top of the door frame or making sure the panels are evenly spaced apart) and then I hang the tape up accurately and with a level so hanging the trim is a breeze

Love the panels on the wall - they bring a great accent feature and look great around the dresser. Love the light and mirror - the colors blend so well in the room. How great is that wall paper - your daughter has a pretty picture to look at from her crib
