press , "S" to open Scale For zoom in/out your clip press , "P" to open Position For moving your clip (slide) press , "R" to open Rotation For rotate your clip press , "T" to open Opacity For setting the opacity of your clip press , "A" to open Anchor point (CTRL + Z) = to backspace It’s like an undo button (CTRL + SHIFT + D) = to split your clip (CTRL + D) = to duplicating layer (CTRL + SHIFT + C) = to pre-compose the selected layers (SHIFT + /) = to fit the screen (CTRL + C) = copy (CTRL + V) = paste SPACEBAR = to play your project
Very good tutorial but at 4:00 when you check the clip, for you can see like 9 squares because of motion tile for a second so should I increase the scale?
For the position shake, there are lots of good tutorials on TH-cam. I would recommend finding one that looks good and following it. In terms of smooth black bars, you want to make sure that you're graphing the scale value (or completion value if you use CC Jaws for bars) to create easing for the bars. If it's too confusing, I have a separate black bars tutorial on my channel.

They're blue switches. I've been meaning to replace them with reds which are a little quieter but finding them in stock is almost impossible
