I use Dawn dish soap, vinegar, a little bleach in a garden pressure washer to wash my four minisplits. Rinse after washing using bottled water. If you are getting condensation blowing into the room as your unit it cooling , the first thing you should due is to vacuum that outlet outside. A lot of what you just washed will want to drain outside through its internal system. MAKE SURE to vacuum that line every season.

Would this video explain possibly why one indoor unit doesn’t work very well compared to the other indoor units? We have two that blow nice cold air and one that doesn’t.
I assume the power is OFF at the breaker but is there any risk to the motor from the spray or the rinse? Are these motors sealed against water? I understand the electronics/controls and that you protected those, but I am concerned about the blower motor.
I've cleaned literally thousands of units here in Aus and never had an issue with the blower motor being damaged -- never cut power to the units either. Motor is out of the way of the water.

I have a split unit and mine is freezing up inside the unit and the outside tubing. What do I need to do! I called an AC company and they didn’t know anything about the split units.
Shut the unit off, let it thaw out, then check and change your air filter. If that doesn’t work. You likely have low refrigerant or restricted airflow due to a bad blower motor or restricted ductwork.

Not good for in doors, you'll get dust all over your furniture, better to vacuum as much dust as you can then do this procedure.

FIRST, vacuum with soft horse hair type vacuum hose attachment.
