Yup, I have 2x 1995/96 built Mitsubishi elevator in Abu Dhabi UAE, looking similar to the one in the video with the exact same floor indicator still holding up after nearly 3 decades
I believe the plain cab is temporary. Btw, "Maximum capacity 21 Pers (although same in weight, 1600kg)" So the MR and MRL variants are coded differently? If so, this further strengthens my hypotheses that the new Mitsubishi elevators at Panti Rapih are Nexiez-MRLs.
Both models have the same capacity range (in terms of load) albeit the MR one could only carry up to 24 persons. I'm not sure whether this elevator was specially ordered to fit 3 more persons from the actual maximum capacity or there's a typo with the stated capacity, but the latter seems very unlikely. Well you can actually tell if it's MRL or not by looking at the top floor landing call button panel whether it has a keyhole or not since the inspection control board for NEXIEZ-MRL and Elenessa is always concealed behind the button panel.
