I remember the first time I watched the trailer (after rewinding to hear the shield charge sound 5 times while tearing up) this broke me and made me cry tears of joy. This is all we wanted. I’m a big critic of 343, and after playing the last test flight i can happily say, halo is back.

I know why I don't have more than a hundred hours on both Halo 4 and 5 combined. It's because of the music. The graphics partially but mostly the music. Hearing these old familiar soundtracks, combined with old school graphics in a new jacket. It fills me with hope. It fills me with joy and it fills me with a level of hype I haven't felt since Halo 3.

I think the lackluster response is due to people still being skeptical of 343 after Halo 5. Still, Halo 4 was decent and Halo Wars 2 was pretty good so I don't think they need to be so skeptical about them.
