Little trivia for you: TXT are currently the tallest group in k-pop. All 5 members are over 180cm (6ft+). It’s really funny seeing them at award shows and tv shows, they tower over all the other idols 😆

Just to let you know txt doesn't have set position in the group except for their leader Soobin. They are all rounder, sing, dance and rap. This song Crown is the debut song in 2019 and here they look preety young. You should check out their other songs, Puma, Frost, Loser Lover and Run Away. Their music are all in different genres.

Both BTS and TXT have many different choreographers, but the performance director of Big Hit - Son Sungdeuk (a choreographer) - has been with the company since BTS's beginning and he works with TXT too.

Sweeet, I was hoping you'd find your way to TXT at some point :) the creativity in their choreography is what hooked me initially, and I don't think you could go wrong choosing any of their dance practices. 'Devil By the Window' is their most recent one though, if you're interested in seeing where they're at now! TXT are such stylistically versatile dancers but their choreographies are consistently centered around storytelling.
I think there is some crossover in terms of the performance teams with BTS, but the groups are conceptually very different. The interactions and mutual support between BTS and TXT are so wholesome too

I'm going to see them live next month for my first time!! My favorite dance live stage of theirs is "Opening Sequence," and I can't wait to see this in person. I'm a longer time ARMY, but I love these guys. Their choreo always engages

Omg Opening Sequence at the concert was crazy, they have dance breaks by pair with YJ doing the final dance break before the song started. They slayed.
They’re are BTS’ little brothers (the only other group under Big Hit so far) and they are killing it. I don’t know much of their music but I’ve watched a number of their dance practices and as much as it pains my ARMY heart to say it, I think they might be outdoing big bros in that department. In almost every number I see a move or a formation that I’ve never ever seen before.
I’ll definitely be checking more out!
Like bts, they are also super hardworking. Suga said so in Suschwita interview, like he sees their younger self in TXt and txt has soooo much passion.
Oh yay! TXT was my second kpop group after I got into BTS. They're the babies at BigHit. BTS the middle child group, and Lee Hyun a soloist (who is best known as a ballad singer) is the oldest artist at BigHit. 💜💜 Lee Hyun, BTS, and TXT did a family photoshoot together which is something you could check out in the future. The family photo behind the scenes is so sweet. They all treat Lee Hyun like the biggest possible celebrity and the TXT boys were still young and pretty shy.

I'm not 100% sure about this, so any Moa that sees this cmiiw, but afaik some of the choreographers between TXT and BTS overlap, while others don't. Obviously especially not-in-house choreographers vary a lot.
Also, similar to what I wrote under your We Are Bulletproof Pt.2 reaction, Crown is TXT's debut song, which is definitely partly the reason the choreo is so gimmicky: to help gain attention ^^
Ahhhh in response to the last part I like that, they don’t do much gimmicks in there other stuff ? ( would be a shame because I love that stuff )
@@DIMASWORLD I wouldn't say they don't do it anymore at all, they just toned it down a bit more? I guess, with them growing up and their music becoming more mature and less playful, the choreo reflects that as well.
One thing where they are still very gimmicky imo is their concept trailers though (with the exception of the Eternity trailer, still really good, but no dancing), they always do some really cool stuff with them ^^
Dima, I knew you would appreciate their dancing!! TXT are BTS'S little brothers and they are quite talented. I loved your reaction of them. They were the first Korean K-pop group to perform at Lollapalooza last year. This year, they are headlining!!

I think you'd really enjoy their performance videos for Frost and Devil by the Window which is from their newest release. I don't follow TxT as much but I do enjoy watching their live shows and new MVs. Crown was their debut song in March 2019 and you can really see their growth and how much they've matured since then. The members are huge fans of BTS and they really look up to them while BTS have taken them under their wings so to speak. Once in a while we'll hear about how the two groups have interacted in a positive way when it's brought up - usually during a live. I'll leave links to both performance videos.

Ohhhh they have a lot of good choreographies with "gimiks" that'll make the audience say "wut?!" Really, really good dancers and singers! My recent fave is the Can't We Just Keep the Monster Alive, long title lol. It's a fun choreo! Then again all their choreos are good. I also recommend Opening Sequence and Frost Live Performance.

best kpop dancers besides BTS are personally SEVENTEEN (13 members that manage to be in sync SO WELL!) ATEEZ (Very stylistic but also unique approach to group dancing. they have a lot of "iconic" moves within kpop) and for girl groups, to me the most impressive is LOONA. majority of girl groups don't come close to boy groups in dancing but LOONA are an amazing group. Solo artists in k-pop that never let us down with dance is Taemin and Chungha. Taemin is called the Micheal Jackson of kpop for a reason! i really recommend him.

i dont know of someone's answered yet (i havent seen any) hybe has different choreographers for groups.
txt, in particular, had son sungdeuk as performance director (bts's performance director) too in the beginning. but the person really assigned to txt from debut until now for choreography and performance directing is a different person, named kim subin. aside from her, bighit hires multiple choreographers for a song and mix, match, tweak to get the final product
I have tickets to see them in concert next month. Looking forward to seeing them live. My sisters saw Stray Kids a couple weeks ago. Super sad I missed that one. Bucket list is BTS. But that will be a while 😢

Knew you'd like them! This was their debut and they pulled out all the stops. They keep a lot of this flavor... I love all the tutting, all the pictures and illusions. It's so different from BTS, but equally impressive.
Of the five, Yeonjun is the strongest dancer (this is not a controversial thing to say) and he did a Studio Choom Artist of the Month I love. But all five of them can dance.
They're with BigHit along with BTS but they work with different choreographers overall, although there are a lot of shared people. I think they've worked with Nick Joseph a lot. HYBE choreo also has some signatures - this song has the HYBE jump in it, and I'm quoting txt members on that. It also tends to be high-energy, big movements. But styles vary a lot.
Speaking of which, freeze anywhere during one of those jumps 🤣
Is there a name for the thing where they're frozen in different poses and as the point person reaches each position they pick up dancers? They open with it and they do it a lot and I don't know what it's called 🤣🤣🤣

I know son song deuk, BTS’ performance director and in house choreographer, has a lot to do with TxT also…. But I think Kim soo bin is their performance director … not completely sure… just like BTS they use multiple outside choreographers for all or parts of choreo
I know they have used Ronnie chen, aiden carberry, nick Joseph
They have a very different sound and look from BTS obviously and for me they seem more the boyish sweeter style but I love good boy gone bad MV and sugar rush MV

Yeah, TXT. Love them and they are BTS little brothers. Big Hit only have BTS and TXT as groups on their label. They are really close to BTS and BTS give them advice and they also have the partly have the same staff around them, but they always do they own thing and is one of few groups who are notntrying to be the next BTS.
Bighit only has 2 groups if I'm not mistaken...BTS & TXT🔥🔥
