    A few things I'd recommend would be working on building and constraining sketches, trying out each of the tools to design more efficiently (the revolve tool is great for this case), and splitting parts into components that can take better advantage of FDM's layer-oriented strength.
    The reason your 70mm dimension wasn't editable is because you'd already constrained that part of the rectangle, so F360 offered to make a "driven dimension", which means it's just a reference. Using best practices with sketch constraints will make future you happier on more complicated projects -- totally not speaking from experience 😅
