Honestly, not even Lataji can recreate the magic of this recording. Ive heard her sing Lag ja gale many times.. She hits every note still perfectly... but there was some unexplained magic that happened when she first recorded it. Some things can never be duplicated.

Can you imagine she sang so well as like this at the age of 92 also. Her whole life was devoted in music and songs. Music was her life. I can't believe she is no more , R.I.P her pure soul 😥😥
the song is by "Nightingale of India", Lata Mangeshkar, she has won many awards. She is highly respected in India. She can hit any genre ---a true legend. Unfortunately, she passed away last year. But we still love her and respect her !
