I can confirm they ship to the States. I ordered one from Polenar Tactical, and not only am I happy with the tourniquet itself but it shipped from Slovenia to the east coast faster than my fiancee's package from California.
So two guys go hunting. They split up and one sees movement in the woods and shoots. Goes over and it is his friend. He does all the proper steps and gets his friend to the doctor. Doctor comes out and tells the guy his friend is dead. He says doctor, what should I have done to save him ? The Doctor says you should not have gutted him out.
They definetly need to get this to be tested by CoTCCC. It looks to me like the Sich has great potential, but like many people I want my TQ to be CoTCCC recommended
I agree, CoTCCC is very important but to be honest, i was a little bit surprised with all the new TQs they recommended. I didn't think some of those would even pass...
i just purchased two of those tourniquet. I already have a SWAT T tourniquet, three CATS tourniquet, two SOFT tourniquet and two RATS tourniquet. The RATS tourniquet is for my nephews and my two K9 and i also have one RATS in my survival kit. I wanted something with aluminum windlass and furniture and not plastic. The CAT and SOFT are two great approved tourniquet but I wanted something for myself that would not fail even when in rugged environment. I did receive two of those in the US in Virginia. i've ordered it three days ago and received it today. That was excellent shipping. Hopefully i never have to use those in real life but i will be happy having something as rugged as Russian AK's to save my life if that time ever comes. I hope it will get approved by the CoTCCC.
I think it's a bit of a misconception to say "coTCCC approved", as there is no systematic test, they even use the term "recommended", at least as far as I know
i got myself one SICH tq, I really liked it. I'm a doc, working in EMS and our service has no available TQs yet, so I'm carrying it on my personal kit. Also, why to you have a RATs on the table!?
Guilherme Resener where you work and have no access to TQ’s. Assumed they were standard issue everywhere after around 2008/2010 when they had been proven to be life savers in ME combat medicine.
CoTCCC tests all tourniquets and rank them. I have the comparative tables, i don't know how easily you can find them online. Anyway, only the best scoring get the "approval".
Good point 🤔 Somewhere i heard the phrase "approved" and it stuck with me. Seeing all the different TQs that were recommended last year im confident, that SICH would pass with flying colors.
2 years later and these tourniquets have been combat proven more than any other, and it has done FANTASTICALLY. I know military units in Ukraine that actively seek out Sich over Cat and Sof-t because it's better.
Normally, any standards that exist in the tactical world are incredibly minimal or altogether outdated. The result of this is that they don't make very good measurements or aggregates of a product. (A side effect to this is that it also opens the floodgates for charlatans hocking gimmicks.) The way to navigate most of the tactical/self defense industry is to rely on reputable brands who will thoroughly test and QC their own product. There are, far as I can see, 2 exceptions to this: -FBI gun standards, and most anything in the gun industry -TCCC Committee, and especially their evaluations for tourniquets Both of these consistently re-evaluate their standards with the most current street data they can find and corroborate with various professionals. I would highly implore SICH to get their stuff TCCC approved. The TCCC Committee is very respectable, both in the world of medical professionals and in the greater duty/defense oriented community as a whole. Personally, I'm gonna stick to carrying a CAT Gen7 on my person and folding up SOF-T Wide Gen4 TQs for my IFAK when I'm on duty. But I certainly am open to seeing how the SICH performs.
It seems like a solid product, but unfortunately the lack of cotccc approval is a big drawback. If i need a tourniquet it means my life is at stake, so it's not wise ti use unapproved tools. That being said, i hope they'll send one to the US for approval

@@marktda those results would be very interesting to see

Does it take Glock mags?
8:47 "Best carrier pigeons" 😂
Considering Ukrainian armed forces use it - it must be good.

Good follow up video for the product.

Ran out of words..... Is that possible?
Watched till the end? Impossibru!
@@PolenarTactical Now that's a meme I haven't heard in a long time... A long time
No longer available on your website? Any timeframe for restock?
It's very important to get TCCC certified!
Does it work for hangover headache as well? :)
How's this different from the CAT TOURNIQUET?
Have you seen the video?
Test speaks for themself
@@sakosniper4433 I've never seen anyone do those tests with a CAT. The only apparent difference is the triangle catch.
It's made of aluminum, not plastic, plastic ones have 2 years warranty, this one will work forever
SICH💪

It's used by Ukrainian armed forces, that's the best approval you need. Cotccc approval doesn't mean shit considering the crap they started approving.
