Tips from a natural hair girlie to preserve your waves when you go to sleep: 1. Wrap your hair in a silk scarf or 2. Get a tiny bit of oil in your hands, separate your hair in four sections (wherever they naturally separate to reduce frizz), twist them (into like tight spirals) and Bobby pin them to your head

You can also use a soft old t shirt if you don’t have the money for the scarf or oil. This works great for my hair. After you put it up in the morning just spray a little water mixed with your conditioner and your good to go ❤️❤️
Diffuser tips: basically the exact same thing as she did, but it can be hard to tell when to move on to the next step, so here's what I do:
Hover until your hair forms a 'crust' or 'cast'. This is where it looks/feels dry on the outside, but it's still quite clumpy and damp underneath (about 60-75% dry). I then pixie diffuse (the scrunching hair up with the diffuser) for about a minute per section, or until my hair is 90% dry.
Then let air-dry! x

Just tired of my hair. I’ve been rebonding them using curly girl method but because it’s too hard to style curly hair as the cgm I’ve been rebonding it again. But then I got a severe allergic reaction to a keratine treatment so now I’m thinking maybe I should wear my hair curly again. I should try a mousse like this it seems.

Sorry I don’t know if I missed this but at what point do you brush your hair? Mine gets tangled so I really need to get that step in somewhere!
A lot of us don't brush our hair really except when we're in the shower, detangling with conditioner and finger combing or combing with a wide-tooth brush. Otherwise it breaks up the curls/waves and makes the hair puffy and frizzy. :)
And then sleeping with it up, in a satin cap/scarf or on a satin pillowcase ideally to keep it from the friction as much as possible, keeps the tangles down.

are you diffusing with the air wrap (i have a shark) using heat, or cool air or hight heat, what's the heat to fan ratio there?
and thank you, this has been so straightforward!! your hair is the most similar to mine that i've seen in one of these videos but mine is dark brown. and i've completely lost with it, my curl/wave pattern falls out suuuper quick because it's long and i have been scared to use gel or mousse!!
I use high fan and medium heat! 💓 so happy this helped :)

You need to go to a curl specialist and get it cut for curls there are stylists who literally know how to shape your hair so it can be styled without looking bulky

I have natural curly hair, but in the past half year they have gone away. I used to just put my hair up in a ponytail and nog care much, but now I want my old hair back. I have tried so much stuff, but it doesn’t work. When my hair is wet, I can get a lot of texture in my hair, but when it dries it is all gone. I have very thick hair and products like gel, mousse and creme don’t work either. Does anyone have any advise?

i had very wavy hair my whole life, but when somewhere in my mid 20s, it has gone basically totally straight :(( and i dont know why!! any ideas?? i miss my waves.
Hair usually chances every 7 yrs or so due to hormones or having a baby etc. Nothing you can really do, the waves may eventually come back.

Yes when you airdry it’s usually more defined but a little less volume, which is why I love to scrunch with oil!

I wish someone would line up the products, in their order of use. Soo confusing. If they’re in the “more” index their not in order and there’s enough bottles to last 50 yrs. Just tell us, what, order of use. If ya wanna do a high, low, and medium price of what works then that’s a different topic for video. So scattered. Thought the purpose was to teach a do it yourself.
