I feel like a First Killer and Leth might give the best fight to OKhalid and Aztral

NA has the players imo but they focus more on 3's than 1's. I can imagine Kro grinding 1's for a month or two. And becoming at least top 10 in the world for 1's. But it's just my opinion but oh well

Also it's relatively easy to style on players below your skill level, but even with his plays you can see that he's slowly starting to lose smoothness and control which happens when you don't take the game seriously and jump into matchmaking blindfolded

I don't think that's quite how it works though. It's not like he lost mechanical ability. He used to be the best, but now others have matched and surpassed his abilities. Skill is always improving the more you play, so scrub is at his peak right now. So is aztral.

All those are "meta" because they are so effective at shattering opponents. How does that relate to "meta"? Because mechanics are improving at a very fast rate, and that is meta.

Tbh its odd watching scrub, he isnt playing like he used too and seems panicky, the competition is fierce but it doesnt look like he's doing himself any favors with his play, he probably needs to grind 1s again to get the feel back

if scrub can tighten up his mechanics and decision making just a *little bit* i think he can do really well in this tournament still. Scrub is losing but theyre still very close games for the most part even when hes running out of boost and making these biiiiig missplays.

3s, my friend, it's happening to all the greats. They're only practicing 3s because that's where to real money is at. That allows for new comers to change the meta, and they leave the old legends further and further behind them.
