Put the washing machine plug in the dryer plug to see if it works , it will clear the doubt about what us faulty (plug point or appliance )
We could have tested but dryer plugging is different . We can’t test with normal socket. But now the prob is resolved

Don’t do the breakfast nook it will get congested , you already have breakfast bar ( island ) , once you get the living room furniture you will loose space . It’s better to have free space as you have a little kid .

Thank you.Present in tracy, there is too much demand for new houses. every new house release prices are increasing. As much as I know, around 2500 sqft house, lot around 5000sqft cost is 800 to 850k. But it's keep on changing it's better to approach builders to know exact price details.
