Its funny how every time I hear something that could be an innuendo I immediately look a laura bailey to see if she started laughing or has a smirk on her face. LET CHAOS REIGN!!!
In terms of the story, the fact that Caleb was able to create such a beautiful date for his friends Beau and Yasha, after finding out that revenge could be a possibility for him, is incredible. And the conflict in his mind of whether or not he is being lied to or if the possibility for revenge is legit. I mean I suspect that making those alterations to the tower would take a good deal of concentration on his part to create and he was able to do that despite all of the anger and thoughts running through his head is awesome.
Caleb is a great character and the amount of mental strength he has developed over the course of the campaign has really been shown and developed in this specific arc. I am constantly speechless how Liam is able to embody his characters so well.
Ashley being romanced two campaigns in a row is something I love so much. Ashley is such a lovely individual and Brian absolutely living for people romancing his fiancée’s characters brings me much needed serotonin.
@@vishaansingh1019 Eh. Beau and Yasha really felt like a deliberate character choice two players put a lot of thought into developing as a mutual romantic story thread, one that included a fair share of comedic moments. Scanlan and Pike was just Sam doing an extended, questionably funny, pepe le pew skit that Ashley seemed happy to just watch as a player with minimal engagement. Them getting together in the C1 epilogue largely felt like Ashley just shrugged and said "eh why not". I wouldn't really call that a romance.
@@troikas3353 Oh trust me, I agree. People talk about Scanlan and Pike being the "best couple." I don't think they really count when the most entertaining aspect of the relationship was the one-sided nature of it.
Long shot but does anyone know how to view the art the use for their headshots at the very beginning of the video? It's some of my favourite depictions of the characters but cant seem to view it full size anywhere
@@TheeSweetboy I personally love making my own little alliterations for personalized variations of the spell. My current favorite is 'Lesallyn's Living Library', a library where all the 'servants' are various forms of mimics and aberrations, and most of the furnishings are mimic-like as well. Describing sinewy tendrils reaching out from bookshelves to grab the books as you put them back was super fun.
its wild to just be playing D&D and your friends just break out an oscar-worthy performance
Both of them were so amazing!
The best part is Matt Mercer being like "ya know what, why not let my wife go on a lesbian date? we're supportive in this household"
Marisha is living for it, Let her Bisexual heart be free!
@@deranged_dragon9471 she's- she's really bi? I'm so late
@@folkwhore8322 Yeah! I don't want to assume but I think Ashley is the same, She could be pan though.
@@deranged_dragon9471 ah right right. that's such news wow I feel like I've been living under a rock, thanks!
It really doesn’t matter. These are their characters. We don’t know how they are.

except for one campaign it was absolutely not a romance
@@Azarthes It was, it just much more comedic in nature.

Wait are Liam and Ashley engaged
You can tell Liam had fun planning this one out
The incredible details... incredible
trust Marisha/Beau to come up with the best freaking date a girl could ask for
This is 100% one of my favourite moments in either campaign's. I have to take my hat off to Liam, Marisha and Ashley for doing this.
I like how Sam's character was trying to be a home wrecker when Beau asked Yasha out
Sam is so quick-witted, he's so funny 😂
This is everything we could have ever needed and more I'm still dead!!!
Such a good episode!!
I love that you can see Laura mouth "Kiss her! KISS HER!" Right before their first kiss, and then she celebrates
27:19 Laura Bailey has Ascended
That had me smiling the whole time
Y’know, watching this has made me realize…did Yasha have an accent the ENTIRE CAMPAIGN and I never noticed??!!
Pretty subtle honestly. Her voice changed alot over the course of the campaign till she gained more of an accent later on.
35:10 "'Cuase why the fuck not?" Now that is a GM!
The work Liam put into this was .. amazing.
lauras ship have finaly sailed :D
Laura’s silent “KISS” is so funny. She was no romantic chill 😂
“like ripping off a bandaid that was never there” holy shit that’s such a good metaphor
My lesbian heart is a puddle on the floor, thank you 🥰

Forgive a man who has not watched Campaign 2, what spell is Caleb using to do this date?
Mordenkainens Magnificent Mansion!
