    Thank you, thank you, thank you for speaking the truth. I just subscribed to your channel. I read a article on LinkedIn about courage culture. The article was well written and as a black woman I salute you for educating us so we can do better. I would love to talk with you about being a member on your team. I have a few lived experiences myself in the workplace.

    See how we can't promote or advocate for blk issues... if we do, we are immediate dismissed or not considered for opportunities... example that AOC lady and use her position to advocate for her people but a blk woman in her position can't

      Yes, that was after the first month. The number of views has increased because the article keeps going viral. It's a lot sometimes.

    You aughta see if you can get that man to accept the invitation as long as he can bring a cospeaker and then bring you and let you talk the entire time. See if you can get him to help you… idk what to call it. “Troll” “crash” or whatever you want to call it.

    A white female therapist was upset that I wasn't getting better and I almost internalized it. I realized she wasnt good fit for me and that therapy wasnt helpful for someone like me. Ironically she also recommended some Brene Brown books I remember reading one but I dont remember which one.

    You clearly haven't read any of her actual research. Virtually none of her study subjects are of CEOs. Additionally, she didn't even start specifically surveying men until a decade into her research career. Furthermore, there's no "rabbit hole" to dig through. Her research is all in the public domain.
