Bruce was part of my awakening! So amazing, I want to share this with whoever may benefit, my partner went to a doctor. He never went but in the last year he manifested at least 4 friends with cancer, I could tell it scared him. He went,,,was diagnosed even before the colonoscopy that he had colon cancer,,,2 days later after more tests they said it had metastasized to the liver..I played Bruce’s segments nightly and while he did proceed with treatment, on the next scan nothing in the liver and the colon was a small non cancerous dysplasia. Now he is back in perfect health. He healed himself because he believed in himself and while he still had the treatment it was him…and Bruce. I’m so grateful, Love to Bruce, Michael and all who see this. We are SO powerful!

Amazing show!!! I am going to have to listen to it several times to absorb all of the good gems. Follow your heart with Jessica and the twins. You know all is well. I have had a doctor tell me I had two months to live in 2006 and one that told me I had a 1% chance of surviving sepsis with a secondary staph infection in 2017.....still here and in excellent health. As soon as they said it, I , like you, almost got caught, but then thought, No, I really don't feel that is true. I DO think I came back stronger from every health crisis I have ever experienced. Every one of them was big soul growth. What an AMAZING journey we are having on this planet. Thank you for the light you bring.

But I for sure would love to see this interview live- just would be extra nice to hear some new ideas, etc. that are NOT already in all the other video interviews.
The information doesn’t change. Hearing it in different interviews helps retain and thus helps to execute. If you’re looking for new info, you won’t find it. Bible wrote this same story thousands of years ago.

Michael, I did the same thing with the two souls of my children before they were born. I saw them in meditation and I knew when I conceived them and have been evolving them as spiritual human beings since prior to conceiving them. Hi, Michael. Prayers for your rapid recovery. I want to tell you my experience with "abnormal heart rate" that I have been living with since 2012 (possibly before, because I have ALWAYS avoided doctors like the plague), My EKG was berserk at that time; it looked like a lie detector test and much worse than what you showed up. But I maintain it was BECAUSE i was in a doctor's office. Likewise with my blood pressure. I just did not want to be there, and my whole body was reacting. The cardiologist insisted I should have a pacemaker placed in me to rectify the situation. I told him, "Absolutely NOT. There will be no slicing and dicing. I don't want you to cut open my space suit, which has been designed to keep out the germs of this world and protect me." He countered with, well, it could mean sudden (don't want to type that word) if you don't. I said, "Fine. That's the way to go." And to this day I am still breathing. But the nurse then told me when the doctor left the room not to lift anything heavier than 5 pounds, which instilled an unwarranted fear in me. Prior to that visit it was nothing to march to the back of a Walmart in my high-heeled shoes, throw a 40-pound bag of dog food over my shoulder and march back up to the checkouts. Unfortunately, my whole musculature has changed, and it is going to take me a lot of hard work to get it back. Then in 2016 I made the mistake of letting an ambulance take me to the hospital, where, after learning I had Medicare (they didn't hear the part about I didn't have Part B that pays for the doctors), I was admitted and put in an ICU unit (because the hospital was full). I did not see any doctor at all for five days. The only people I saw were the ones who kept coming in every half hour or so to draw blood. Both arms were black and blue up and down by the time I was released with a prescription for albuteral and about a thousand bucks more for other meds. I am trying to regain my breathing skills so I can ditch these breathing meds, because especially at this crazy time I do NOT want to go to a doctor. Anyhow, do not let them operate on your heart. Again, prayers for a complete and speedy recovery. Namaste.
checkout dr Berg on keto diet, i have been practicing and investigating and reading for two yrs now and my conclusion is that carbs(sugars) are the cause of people's poor health(heart disease diabetis, alzheimer, arthritis, most of the chronic disease can be reversed with changing the crap people are eating (yr body needs fat and protein) processed food is terrible and refined carbs(especially wheat and sugar combined is slowly making medical industry rich and you and medicare broke and slowly in the grave

I was told I had prediabetes.. the doc have me metformin and sent me to a dietician.. who saved me from a life of metformin as a gateway to insulin.
Dietician!!! First she said. I'll tell you but you won't listen, no one does, they listen to the doctor who most of the time is not a diabetes specialist..
She had me use the metformin with food and cardio.. to get the excess weight off, which happened pretty fast and harmlessly, I went from a 6/7 to a 1.. because guess what!?, my bmi was 104, and that extra weight took me to borderline obese for my frame. 5 years later, it's still off. I was on metfprmin for about a year and a half lowering the dose which my doc couldn't believe.. never saw that happen.
Dietician said, bad diet, accumulates a fat around the pancreas and under the rib cage edge in the front. It won't go away till you use up the other fat stores. Hence getting to your bmi.. doctors don't know it or just don't tell you. My doc did not know about it.
Dietician had me eat 33/33/33 percent meat protein, fiber , and carbs.. not HAVING to have the carbs, but if you do, they can not ever be more than 33 percent. And if you take dessert, it gets split with the potato, rice, pasta.. so if you want dessert, you eat less than 33 percent potato, and you can have the dessert.
I did most of it carb free, but I can say, I can totally enjoy and savor a bit of brownie with ice cream, a one inch square of brownie with a couple tablespoons of ice cream. Lasts like ten bites that I savored. But I ate mostly meat and veggies. Meat portion no more than 5 Oz, unlimited vegtables.. but no less than 5 Oz.
I was never hungry, never felt deprived, appreciated the carbs and sweets when I wanted them. But never craved them .
All of a sudden I was 104. And my a1c was normal..
I woke up, had breakfast. Stating with just a couple Oz of oatmeal, an egg, whatever, I'd never eaten breakfast till past noon. THAT WAS MY RISK FACTOR, not eating breakfast. After breakfast I took metformin, then half hour later, I raked leaves, swept my rugs, moved rocks around, got on my stair stepper, whatever was going to raise my cardio. Did tgat for 20 to 45 minutes, and got on with my day,, that's it. The weight came off and my a1c normalized..
5 years later, it's still routine. It's the way the body is supposed to consume, like hunter gatherers, not the great American diet.. that's a lie..
We are here for an experience , and it's a much better one when you are healthy.
You can spend less on a clean diet simply because you eat less because the nutrition is there. Not Bair and switch as prepackaged and sweets fool the system.

What a fresh reminder of what we are made of. If we were able to stay empty of criticism and just be love we would love this experience on earth 🌍

My midwife had been a midwife in a place in Africa that had a very high rate of twins. She turned my daughter at seven plus months gestation. Get a midwife/couch who has raw experience. With my son’s birth, I pretended that I was the ocean it was pain free when I flowed with the waves. Blessings with the twins!

I'm 69 with the usual age related aches and pains having retired from a 30 year sedantary job....... I am learning to ski and love it . I am paying attention to my body. Also learning astrology and German plus I work part time in a school and feel alive . I resonate with the content and will listen a few times. Thank you
Wow! That is absolutely true! I am trained in nursing and the nurse tells the doctor what is wrong with a patient and then it is the nurses responsibility to make that patient constantly think about how sick they are and that holds that person in that illness/disease so the doctor and all medical staff keep making money off their patients. My God, this is the absolute truth! Once I went through the LPN and RN programs, my conscience would not let me work in this profession (if you can call it that), because I can not lie to people, it's just not in me to lie.

First of all, sending healing to you for the best recovery. If you want, I can connect with your wife from the moment the contractions start and working with the energy till the babies are out. It helps with the delivery process, with mom and dad to be, helps the babies to come in a better, calmer, easier way into this world. I do this (and many other energy work) for many years, I also help babies to turn around , if needed, when still in the womb .

Dear Michael & Bruce. I really enjoyed this podcast. I’ve been following Bruce for longer than I can remember but need a refresher as often as it grabs me. I operate my life on the principle that I have full control. So far it has worked well for me and I’m a healthy 77 years old. Even in the pandemic I refuse to get sick. The system is trying to promote fear and I won’t allow them the control.
