In turn, nice you helped the owner with collecting together their simple wood supply. Like the stucco/concrete repairs you are doing. Over time, things wear and need a renewal. Enjoying your teamwork. (In the U.S., one very good team is a father and son, M&D Lawn Care, they too find places in their community that need cleanups, mostly overgrowth.) You definitely changed this home for the better. Putting in a plant in the front before you left, made the place welcoming.
