When I see a video with tools that look used, I actually take the recommendation and respect the video so much more. These endless videos of bag build outs or “long term” reviews for flawless new looking tools are suck BS… A dirty tool, is a good tool. And a video with dirty tools is a video with experience and knowledge.

Best comment I've received on my channel thus far. I appreciate you taking the time to write it out, and I 100% agree with you. TH-cam imho is oversaturated with "tool review guys" whos videos are lacking value - it's like they're just reading the back of the packaging.

@@_Broomstick I totally agree. There are two categories of TH-camrs, guys that are real sources of knowledge and then the guys who read or watched a clip about it and are exposing their ignorant thoughts and beliefs. Good thing about tools are it’s easy to see what category they fall into based on the look of their tools and the stuff they are using to get the job done.

@@louiekaragiannes4464 Well put - and it's hard sifting through to find the good stuff!! To me, it seems like the ratio is 1 : 10 of value-added content to junk BS.

Sure is! It's fairly compact for the ammount of storage as well. Nice size for hoisting up ladders, riding in tight elevators, working off small platforms, etc.

I worked in machine shop and help maintenance install and repair are CNC machines and are deep hole drills and hydraulic presses. Bondhus is the way to go. That's is awesome little chain hoist . What about keeping it in a draw string bag . ????.

Interesting stuff there.. tighter tolerances than I ever really deal with! Love those Bondhus keys! The little hoist came with a little bag with a zipper, but it added so much bulk that it wouldn't fit nicely in the bag. :(

@@_Broomstick I completely understand that . When said about climbing ladders. I was the tool guy I had alot the bigger tools we needed a lot of my stuff was pawn shop or junk sales the rusted and unused stuff . I have a set of old Klein crescent wrenchs that my aunt found in her yard rusted up but I got them loosen up and replaced the springs. And fixed a 3/4 drive proto ratchet rebuild kit and works like new. I'm only 35 but I like tools and old equipment to run and fix .

Good afternoon from the Great State of Texas.. Good assortment of tools that you carry. Will you ever carry the Knipex pliers wrench instead of the 12 inch Crescent wrenches? I like my pliers wrench but out of habit I still carry two crescent wrenches.

Afternoon! Appreciate it! I actually used to have the 12" pliers wrench in this bag, but from my experience, I've found that crescent wrenches are still superior for dealing with large, stuck fasteners. As a matter of fact - I remember the exact instance I decided to switch. I'll make a video on it!
