Dry skin around my nails is the worst. They always seem to be dry. I should keep my fingers in a bucket of oil all day. So I apply as often as possible and wear kitchen gloves when doing anything exposed to water. For me cream works better because it's thicker. It helps a lot. Your manicure looks really nice!
So I commented on your one video recently asking about what product soaks in quickly because my mom hates being all oily and you said to use a little product just on the cuticles. I taught her that and now she always applies oil to her cuticles and I'm so proud lol. Thanks!
Since I’ve been drinking my hot lemon water daily, I use the lemon wedge when I’m done and massage it over my cuticles and nails. I’ve noticed a difference for sure with the health of my cuticles and nails.
@@ReillyWilde I use the rind and after I use it, I do cuticle oil and a cuticle cream. So far it hasn’t irritated my cuticles. They look healthy. The rind has vitamin C and I guess that is good for your nails. But I suppose if you have irritated cuticles, the acid would irritate them.
@@AmandaBellaa I’ve seen different videos of people putting their fingers in a lemon but I’ve heard the rind is where all the nutrients are. My problem nails, I have 2 usually are peeling but now they’re not so idk if that’s because of the lemons rind or I’m just being more careful.
I use hand cream all day. 😉 I also love using cuticle oil daily; lately 2-3 times a day. Is your new cuticle oil vegan 🌱 & cruelty free? Thanks for your awesome mani/hand care tips! 🍀
I’m not sure if Amanda mentioned a specific hand cream. As a hand cream enthusiast, my 3 favorite hand creams are from The Body Shop: 1) Almond Milk Sensitive Skin Body Lotion, 2) Lemon Protecting Hand & Body Lotion & 3) new British Rose Body Lotion-to-Milk (all vegan & cruelty free). These have kept my hands moisturized & nails in good health. 🍀

Use Kerasal intensive foot repair on your cuticles. I use it every night before bed. Absolutely amazing results!

The lemon acid doesn’t irritate your cuticles? Cool. 🍋
This is so interesting! I've never heard that before, but natural remedies are always the best - I'm going to give it a try! Thanks for sharing! :)
