The fart question had me cracking up. I’ve been married for 24 years so it got me trying to remember how long we were together before letting them go just became the norm. Nothing is sacred anymore. Several years ago he went into a coma and I had to wipe his butt like I did our three kids. I think it’s a courage thing. The first one is always the hardest. Go forth and gas! 😂
I honestly would've been fine if the podcast took a week off so that Grace can get some much needed rest, but I really appreciated the effort and forethought that went into making an evergreen episode to keep us entertained! Also loving this newer energy that Grace is bringing with deep subjects in a light-hearted manner, and Mamrie's takes on these subjects are always surprising and thoughtful too!

My favorite First Fart memory is when I knew one was about to happen in front of my friend, her bf, and my bf, and couldn't stop it, so I walked over to my bestie, hovered over her and farted on her. She acted disgusted at first but we all ended up laughing so hard, that we all got over the fear of farting in front of each other. Should note: my toots are rarely stinky (just noisy) and I knew there was no danger of it being worse than a sound, plus, my friend and I joke and prank each other like that, so I already knew she'd be cool with it. So I guess *my* unsolicited advice would be: let it happen but make it funny, if you can, so it's not traumatic for anyone and becomes a silly story everyone can laugh about later. Make an "accidental" fart if your partner squeezes you or lays on your stomach. If they laugh or you can make a joke of it, then you know it's not something that grosses them out or gives them the "ick" as the cool kids say, and BAM, you've opened the flood gates to fart in front of each other (I speak from experience haha). Also helps that we both find farts hilarious.
The system that has worked for me w/ regards to farting in front of a partner is just to have ice cream on the first date and just let little ones slip 😅 I used it as a barometer of whether they could handle my lactose intolerant self 😂😂😂 (now very happily married to someone who tolerates my toots so I guess it worked 😂😂)

My husband will not fart in front of me. I do - with gusto, sometimes. He still goes into the other room to do it 😅 His reasons? He is shy and it's un-lady-like. We've been together for 10 years 😂 I think it's cute, also he doesn't mind mine and mimics them with trumoet sounds.
My boyfriends farts are so bad and he farts constantly he lets me know when he’s gonna do it so I can leave the room but my farts rarely stink , when I let him know I fart he breathes them in harder like he’s trying to eat them and then goes yum I gag every time but he thinks its hilarious

In terms of the fart talk, I probably didn’t start farting in front of my partner until like 7 years in and I don’t remember when it started exactly, I think it was more like I just can’t hold them in any longer and we are 13 years in now, but I am also like Chip and blessed with unsmelly farts most of the time. Maybe also worth noting my partner started farting immediately in the relationship and I also have a friend who is a big proponent of farting around your partner, so I think that does help…still took me many many years into the relationship though, I just think it takes time and it’s longer for some people than it is for others, but also, if you can’t or don’t want to do it in front of others, who cares? It is very nice to not have to smell farts 😂

My teeth are rotting out of my mouth, I have absolutely nothing to my name, and I had to move six hours to get away from her.... And no one cares. Surrounded by family, and my only option is to start from absolutely nothing all over again. All could have been avoided if one person came and stepped in three years ago... Instead I was just left to rot. Unable to walk to any place, too far, unable to contact anyone, had my phone and internet removed, car removed. Now I'm lost. No way to get a job with no teeth, no nice clothes, no money. You have to have a cell phone, and a vehicle to get a job nowadays, can't rely on other people any longer, you'll be fifteen minutes late wherever you need to go.... I just don't know what to do.. die? Become homeless? Steal? Sue?
here's a could ya (idk if it's been done before, maybe, maybe not). They're the perfect partner but as soon as they get home they do the winnie the pooh...take off their bottoms and walk around wearing only a shirt.
