Superman is a neat case as far as disguises go. It isn't shown super well in the live action films, but it isnt just glasses. It's expression, posture, and behavior.
It's also people thinking Superman has told them everything about himself. They know he's an alien named Kal-El. They know he lives in the north pole. They don't know about Clark so the ones that know Ace Reporter Clark Kent know he lives in Metropolis and looks like Superman. But they don't know enough to connect the two.
