  • Here's a simple vegetable spring roll recipe:
    Ingredients:
    - 2 cups mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrots, grenn onion)
    -
    - 2 tablespoons oil
    - 1 package spring roll wrappers (usually found in the frozen food section or international aisle)
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    Instructions:
    1. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
    2. Add the mixed vegetables, Cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
    3. Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface with one corner pointing towards you.
    4. Place about 1/4 cup of the vegetable mixture in the center of the wrapper.
    5. Brush the edges with water and fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the wrapper to form a tight cylinder.
    6. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
    7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
    Tips:
    - Use fresh and crisp vegetables for the best flavor and texture.
    - Don't overfill the spring rolls, as they can tear easily.
    - Experiment with different vegetables and fillings to find your favorite combination.
    - You can also add noodles or tofu for added texture and protein.
