    Stagg XF Dripper Recipe:
    Ode Setting 3-2/3, 202F Water, 45g in, 680g out
    Pour 1: 90g Bloom (30-45s)
    Pour 2: 200g to 290g
    Pour 3: 200g to 490g
    Pour 4: 190g to 680g
    Pt's Coffee Dimtu Shakiso Organic
    🌍 Origin: Guji Zone, Ethiopia
    🌞 Process: Natural
    🔬 Varietal: Heirloom
    ⛰ Elevation: 1,800-2,130 MASL

    Love the videos! One question though, even if In the video you guys highlight a particular brew method, can we still get recipes for other popular brew methods? I.e Stagg X, espresso, Aeropress in the description?

    I find that if I don't rinse the filter really really well there's paper taste . What setting would you recommend for the niche zero ? Thank you

    My pour over drips very fast, I have tried to go finer with the coffee to slow this down. Based on this video it sounds like I should go a bit more corse for this style of pour over. However, wouldn't that then create even more less resistant passages for the water to flow fastly through? Advice welcome. Thank you.

      @@davidlogan2682 From experiementing I found, and have been using, setting 4 on the Ode. 20g coffee to 20fl.oz. water. 4 pours about 5fl.oz. each including the bloom.
