I have ordered a Dremel burr and made a brass test rod per Richard Binder 's directions. I've been nervous about doing my first Parker vac. I feel much more confident after seeing your video. Thanks

Nice. A micro burr has been added to the shopping list. And there was me picking at that pellet with a leather sowing needle!

How deep is the hole the pellet sits in? And, my 3/32'' bar doesn't quite fit in the hole. Great Info...Thx.

I know it's been a long time since your post and I'm sorry it's taken me so long to reply. It's probably 1/8th of an inch deep, maybe 3/16th. It's ok that the rod doesn't quite fit. You can heat it up slightly with a hair dryer and then insert the rod to get the proper fit. However, it might work just like it is. You just don't want it much bigger than 3/32 or the pellet and diaphragm will not stay seated.
