Depends on the types of stamps! 😉😂 But we all get stains in our Gis. There are some great stain removers for white Gis but if you notice you’re getting a lot of stains…start buying darker colored Gis! Hope that helps!
Is it ok to dry the white gi's under the sun? I've checked out some forums and some say its ok but some say its not because sun drying can damage the gi, can i get your opinion on this?
That's a great question! I have been drying my Gis under the sun for years and have not noticed any of my Gis (even the ones of lower quality) damaging because of the sun.
Great question! In short, yes. Washing and hang drying your Gis is the best way to train while avoiding the negatives of a dirty Gi like bacteria, mold, etc. My best solution is just to have a few Gis in rotation so I always have a clean one available. 😁 Hope that helps!
This was actually a good video. You guys are the first ones to actually explain how to wash and dry your Gi temperature wise. Much respect 💯❤️
Thanks for the compliment and our pleasure! And you’re right, it’s crazy how little content there is about how to properly care for your Gi.
What about yellow stamps on it, any suggestions?

Should the gi be washed after every training session?

@@AcesJiuJitsuClub Thanks for answering this question! It is surprisingly hard to find the answer to this super basic question on the Internet lol.
How about lint on my white gi? It aperead after rolling, I think from my partners gi… can’t get rid of it :(
I’d probably take a lint roller to it. Most Gi brands don’t have that issue. What brand do you have?
Do you wash your gi after every use?
Great question! And yes, I wash after every training use.
after my first wash of my white gi i got loads of fuzzy balls all over it and they still havent come off
Which Gi company was it?
