I have the same problem under Windows 11.. I excract program to the system partition (for me C:), install as Administrator.. After this I run Act tool shortcut on the Pulpit as Administrator and it work ok.

i got the same problem on samsung a04e with chimera.There are only 2 real testpoints for edl on board ansd i tried all of them.I did the right instructions to the T and still i get connect disconnect,chimera say do it manually and i did but it will not go into brom mode but i see preloader reconnect.I even tried other software and still no brom,I dont know how to fix this as i need to remove the frp on the device for client.Even if i did buy credits it would never of help me at all cause i been 4 days on this problem.

@@MobileTechFrp brom wont detect, it conects and disconnects all the time....and its the same phone a04e....i think something is damaged of the phone cause brom cant connects even with test points.
