Hiya, your videos are absolutely amazing and very helpful. My law teacher has been off sick and the law department at my college is very unorganised so these videos are a really great help. I was just wondering so for contract law I have to state every single case with the principal before applying it to the scenario? Then I would select only the relevant ones from the explanation to apply?

Of course there are lots of ways of writing an essay, but my IDEA structure suggests that you write all the key principles from the cases in the ‘E’ section and then apply the relevant ones in your ‘A’ section. This way, you’ll demonstrate that you know the law and all the key cases, but also that you are able to apply it.
