Soul has 3 Coverings or bodies ( Physical,Astral and Casual).Soul is imprisoned in these 3 bodies along with 3 Types of Karmas.(Prarabadh,kriyaman & Sanchit karmas).
Soul along with mind ,body & Senses creates these karmas good and bad karmas for which it has to pay.
Persons enter into Astral body by Meditation at Third eye.
There is a light at Third eye on entering this light ,the person leaves physical body and enters in Astral body and Astral Regions of Creation.( Hell and Heaven are at Astral Regions)
When soul sheds all three bodies and burns up 3;Types pf Karmas, it has light of a Sun. This is called Self Realisation.
