I am Canadian. When you are talking to someone about inflation and they are blaming Biden for it then ask them how Biden increased inflation in Canada. Seriously. Too many times Americans cannot think outside of their own country. It is time to put these people in place and let them know that inflation is a global issue and had nothing to do with Biden specifically (except that his policies lowered it quicker in America than anywhere else in the world).
It's hard to get flat-earthers who don't believe in a globe to understand a global economy. I have to wonder sometimes if some of my coworkers have ever even left the state, never mind the country.
That’s the problem with the USA, all they can think about themselves. Inflation, gas prices, and housing prices are high worldwide. Trump supporters cannot realize that he doesn’t even care about them. Look what he has said about people who served there country. He calls his supporters “special people”. Let me clear that up. I have lots (too many) MAGA relatives. They have thought for years that democrats (use to be specifically Hillary Clinton) are coming after their guns and going to make it impossible to get ammo. I have a brother in law in Eastern Texas who has a secret (shhhh) bunker stocked up with food, guns, and ammo. I found out about it probably 15 or so years ago when I visited my sister and there was a wall of 5 gallon buckets filled with dry beans and rice and asked her what it was all about. Apparently it is a prevelant theory that the government was coming after them and their guns. I have to admit, that added to my discomfort with the people of that area. You know you always hear about southern hospitality and how friendly the people are. Don't believe it. I have heard a lot of hateful and threatening things when visiting down there. I have not been back since Trump came on the scene
