The reason I love this game so much is the immersion. When I play RDR2 it truly feels like I have stepped into another world, I actually feel like im in the game. I swear, RDR2 has ruined other games for me, because they just pale in comparison. I have 4 different consoles and around 400 games in my library and I have tried to play something different, but I always end up playing RDR2. Its also the only game I play online. RDR2, the game that keeps on giving.
I bet I’m not the only one who can play single player for days without doing the next story mission? Especially in chapters 2 & 3 when Arthur’s still pretty strong and healthy, the gang’s all alive and pretty united and there’s so many challenges, animals to catalogue, ride, wipe out, protect or eat, pamphlets to find, weapons to locate, weird characters and events to run into, secrets to uncover, or just the sights to see in all weathers. “Immersion,” is right.
What I dont like is that you have to do chapter 2 missions to unlock very useful features like, cleaning your gun, brushing and feeding your horse, fishing.
I do enough story missions to unlock the ledger resuce sean and stop there. The rest is hunting challanges and general exploration. I dont touch any mission except a few stranger ones

This game is so peak but I wish we got a ps5 upgrade for it with 60fps it kinda sucks being locked at 30fps on ps5
Hopefully after GTA 6 releases, they’ll give this update to console players 🙌
Rdr2 is the most well made game in history i would say.
Definitely by far, can’t think of many games that compare 🙌

Thanks so much for your support! Its hugely appreciated 🙌
I love the idea but how do u rob banks outside of Story missions? I've tried and never found anyway of doing it
@@megabigdump Unfortunately you can’t rob big banks, however you can rob smaller ones like the post offices ect.. in Saint Denis for example. Sorry, I should’ve specified this in the video 🙌
@@ProScrood no problem, just making sure I didn't overlook something. And I love your advice for keeping RDR2 fresh. Especially the part about being a survivalist cuz I've basically done the others already. Only problem is, now I have to eat 500 cans of various vegetables to start it proper haha
@@megabigdump Haha or you could always implement a self managed honour system and try ur best not to eat them 😆
@@megabigdump Also thank you so much! Really happy you enjoyed the video 😁
@@ProScrood I may have to do that haha
Great video
Thanks so much for the support it’s greatly appreciated!
Just subbed

@@ProScrood 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
It's a superb game, held back buy DRM on PC and 30fps on Console
Definitely for sure 👍
Whats the name of the music i cant find it anywhere
What part of the video?
@ProScrood the one at most of the video, specifically the one used when you talk about the civilian and the Explorer and the survivalist
👏 for me the best Game i ever played….
Definitely 🙌
Wish they would have added Mexico man
So many missed DLC opportunities 😔
great game!
For sure 🙌
I share your feelings about this game all the way.
It’s just too good 🙌
REAL
FOR REAL 🙌
Im on fifth playthrough and this time with immersion and survival mods.
Best way to do it for sure, mods are an awesome way to enhance the immersion even more then it already is 🙌
"Realistic shootouts" while your in third person and you can take so many more shots than a NPC
Personally in my opinion the perspective doesn’t necessarily matter, and yes the health system is unfortunate however we can’t change that in vanilla rdr2 🤷♂️
@@ProScrood I feel like perceptive changes how realistic it is since in real life during shootouts, the people actually in the shootout only have one perceptive. Also, health changes how realistic it is also
the thing is john would never just rob and kill people
Very true, in that case you can always roleplay within the game which is another great option 🙌
@@ProScrood yea i do that sometimes
=
@@h1tl3r57 Yeah it’s a great way to re-experience the game for sure
The explorer is way too boring for many people even if they never been to the place they are exploring. The civilian is also bad because people play rdr2 to go things they can't do themselves, like robbing, shooting, hunting.
Understood, you can always switch between different techniques. The Explorer and the Civilian are there to help you and John take a break from the intensity of the Wild West 😁
"realistic gun fight" john wouldnt use m1899
Personally for me they’re my favourite gun in the game, however it’s up to personal preference 😁
@@ProScrood yea
Are you saying it's immersive.
Very much so
601st Subscriber. God Loves you , please Repent. and give your life to Christ. And i could see GTA 6 be a disappointment, like let’s be real, the first time playing GTA 6 will be nothing compared To Playing Rdr2 the first time, or even the first time playing rdr1.
Thank you for your kind words and for your support 🙌 Hopefully GTA 6 is great, however it’ll be hard to beat the experience of playing RDR2 for the first time
talk about mods
@@sTryKJaRn3t In one of my previous videos I cover this subject😁
Just moved camps from Horseshoe to Rhodes. Hit a few stores and stage coaches. Raked up several bounties. I think it's time to become a survivalist.. live off the land rdr2 Gods gave us.
Gonna tame a Mustang along the way
🤠
👍📹
Good luck, Mr. Callahan.
That’s the way to do it 🫡
Fall back in love? I never fell out of love with it. I just had to let it go. Now’s it’s just a happy, albeit painful memory 🥹
This is very true, sometimes we just have to let it go
Turning off the minimap already changes plenty. I’m gonna try that
It’s definitely immersive 🙌
