U all should try steaming or boiling some breadfruit with fresh seasoning till soft and then throw it on a grill and coat in bbq sauce and grill again Taste soooo good Especially with bbq meat

Stuffed Breadfruit/roasted - not seen this veg before. Try with a pumpkin/squash: cut top off, remove seeds etc. stuff with ground meats/stewing meats ; wrap in foil and bake. Instead of cutting in half when finished, cut from top to approx 2 inches from bottom - through to the middle, all around. It will open up/fall as star? shaped with all the fillings sitting in the middle. Imagine ! From the Grand Canyon state (AZ,) would like to see the ocean - if you all are going to the 'beach' for a picnic.
