- We get into the squirrels on a warm sunny Sunday afternoon and got to see some good dog work! This video is action packed and we have about as much fun as a person should! We use to squirrel hunt after church where I am from too!!! In Southern Illinois this brings back memories but we didn't have dogs! But I coon hunted with the guys from church also ! All those guys are gone now the last one just passed away I have enjoyed this immensely!!!

Question how do guys hunting deer react to y'all runnin dogs if you run up on a deer hunter just curious.

Can you train dogs to run up different animals or do you have to have like one or more for each?
I have never used dogs for squirrel but this looks fun
Curs will hunt anything you train them for from bear, hogs & mountain lions to small game like coons and squirrels. Many people use them as combo dogs for multi species. Some even train them to track wounded deer or find sheds.
What video camera do y’all use?
We don’t use anything special. We use a small camcorder and a bigger one. I think both of them are cannon cameras and sometimes we use our phones lol.
Shotguns when trees are bare? Man, you guys are certainly after meat.
We'd have one scatter-gunner with us for when the rimfire guys mess up and the tree rat starts running through the trees.
Being a transplanted RAZORBACK in southeast Nebraska, squirrel hunting isn't a thing. That being said I get more invites to remove them than I can handle. Let's just say I'm thankful they don't know what they're missing.
