You fairly put in the steps sir, your endeavours are much appreciated. I did love the brown Talbot Horizon, the epitome of what the festival is all about.
My wife had a 1.4 CL Focus, have to admit it was about as economical as the 1.6 Focus I had at the same time. Look forward to David's Focus Saloon being on the channel, same colour as my Focus 1.6 Hatchback. I have seen that Nissan Cherry Europe 1.5 at the Hubnut Social back in 2021. Another Brilliant Shuffle Sir, very enjoyable.
Yes, we will get round to the Focus Saloon at some point, sir! The 1.4 Mark I Focus was quite a rare variant, most are 1.6 and above. The Nissan Cherry Europe GTI was sublime.
I remember that old Meridian logo too, sir! In fact as I recall the Ford Fiesta Meridian featured in the first advert shown on the channel when it began broadcasting on 1st January 1993.
I had so much filming to do (it took me about five and half hours in total) that I didn't really have time to stop, so that's absolutely not a problem at all! Thank you ever so much indeed for watching and commenting.
The e36 is a really good driving experience sir , I know as my manager had one and I did the occasional trip to the bank in it back in the day . I haven't seen one where I live for years .
Yes, I have driven so many other BMWs, just not an E36... I have seen a lot this year, but that will just be due to the sheer number of shows I attend, I think.
another good one Joseph did the Yellow Focus come with a free yellow vacuum cleaner as one was at the side of the car I will be looking for part six thanks for all you do regards Andy.
The previous generation of rear wheel drive Datsun Nissan Sunny also had a Sloping rear estate model and a square bodied estate which formed the commercial van version as well. A Volvo 340 DL 1.4 is actually a very nice drive with lovely light manual steering Sir. Doesn't a nice Silver Shadow always make you smile? The Renault 9 and 11 are awesome.
Sir, we enjoyed seeing both the Renault 9 and the Renault 11. The B11 Sunny did indeed have a fastback version, although I can't remember the last time I saw one.
Alarm bells were ringing with the 343DL as they did ship a version we can't talk about to the ROI, it had the Renault 1.6 that we can talk about, but enough of that as we can't talk about it 🫣

Sir, we have four parts yet to go! Oh yes, the Horizon is the sort of thing the show is all about.
Very appreciative of the mirrored wheel trims on that Saab sir. Off for a cold shower after seeing them.
Sir, we get very excited about that sort of thing, don't we?
Cheers for the plug 😀 much appreciated 👍
You made the thumbnail too, sir!
@@lloydvehicleconsulting thank you sir!
We aim to please, sir!

Good Evening Sir! Double Six Heaven😊
Sir, we did enjoy ourselves, didn't we?
I remember that old Meridian logo too, sir! In fact as I recall the Ford Fiesta Meridian featured in the first advert shown on the channel when it began broadcasting on 1st January 1993.
Sir, we remember the end of TVS and the beginning of Meridian very well!
And there's my Polo! Shame I didn't notice you filming or I would have said hello! Hope you enjoyed the show :)

Nice show so far Mr Lloyd. If you see Matt from furiousdriving, Steph from idriveaclassic and James from Jayemm On Cars, remember to say hi to them!
I spoke to Mr Richardson, I did see Steph (but she was busy), James I did not see, but he was definitely there.
Still keeping up Sir, I'm glad you don't walk to fast or I can't keep up 😂 A nice 340 for me or even the mk1 xantia. 😊
I took this event at a steady pace, sir. I would prefer a 360, but the 340s are nice too.
another good one Joseph did the Yellow Focus come with a free yellow vacuum cleaner as one was at the side of the car I will be looking for part six thanks for all you do regards Andy.
I don't know whether the hoover came with it, but it was at least colour coordinated. Part Six is up for channel members right now.
Talbot Horizon, sold int he USA a the Dodge Omni. There was a hot hatch version called the GLHS which I owned one of.
Yes sir, the Goes Like H**L S'More from memory.
@@lloydvehicleconsulting Indeed, sir. Developed by Carroll Shelby, no less.
Strange thing, wasn't it?

the astra GTE were the only car back then that had digital display no other car was built like that was amazing of then.
The Monza GS/e also had a version with digital instruments before the Astra GTE.
u have not been interupted by anything yet?
Yes, and it was on camera too.

Excellent Work, sir!

Sir, fortunately we did not get it over here, so we are safe either way.
