I would say it's 99% luck winning these contests as the top 5 or top 10 are all excellent enough to be winners

And at that moment, she looks disrispectful to the former titleholder, France's Christianne Martel, the second winner of this coveted title (1953), settled in Mexico for long years, mexican citizen by marriage and a very respected person there.
