Most of our home decorations have leaves on them. It didn’t come with any paper, and the paper was a really odd size. I used my laser cutter to cut a stack of paper for it, so that my wife can use it as a journal. It wasn’t until after I gave it to her, that I discovered what this ‘book’ really was. It was a guestbook, from a funeral home. 💀 My wife hasn’t figured it out, and I’m not going to tell her. (She really loves it, and I don’t want to ruin the gift.) Besides, it was one of those ‘just because’ gifts, anyway, so even if she does figure it out, she won’t be too freaked out. 😂👍

A year after he passed away, my step mum said she wanted me to keep the ring. I politely declined, the ring was I sign of their love and was one of the last things he built. I know she's going to cherish it forever.
