- Last summer, we needed some real relaxing time after months of hard work and traveling. That's why we partnered with Viceroy, the no. 1 luxury resort in the world, tucked away in quiet Ubud, Bali in Indonesia. After long days spent floating around the stunning infinity pool and enjoying all the perks of our deluxe terrace villa (which also had a private pool), we finally got to indulge in the incredible food of Belgian chef Nic Vanderbeeken. At Apéritif next door, he's creating culinary works of art with a French-Balinese tasting menu. Complete with a classic British colonial-era interior style, including Chesterfield sofas, feather decorations, and a pool table, the restaurant and bar aim to bring you back to the roaring 1920s.

May I ask an average daily budget for food and drinks? My husband and I have only ever been to all inclusive. We have completely fallen in love with this resort from research, and want to pick it for our next trip.

There are options for that in Ubud, though! We went to Locavore and their casual spot Nusantara.
